A Wedding is the public commitment of two people to a life lived together in marriage. Every wedding is an act of public worship in which couples together with family and friends, together with the congregation, pray for God's blessing on the marriage.
If couples have made a commitment to one another and wish to be married at Hilltop Lutheran Chruch of the Ascension, they should contact the church at least six months before the intended wedding date to meet with the pastor to discuss marriage and plans for the wedding.
