  • The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated each Saturday and each Sunday throughout the year.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is also celebrated on major observances and festivals that occur on weekdays: i.e. Ash Wednesday, Christmas Eve, etc.

The holy Evangelists Matthew, Mark, Luke and Saint Paul were inspired to write:

Our Lord Jesus Christ, on the night He was betrayed, took breead, and when He had given thanks, He broke it and gave it to the disciples and said: "Take, eat,; this is My body."  This do in remembrance of Me."

In the same way, He took the cup after supper, and when He had given thanks He gave it to them, saying, "Drink of it, all of you; this is My blood of the new testament, which is poured out for the forgiveness of sins.  This do in remembrance of Me."

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ?  The bread which we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ?  First Corinthians 10:16

As often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes. First Corinthians 11:26
